Toy Library
Our Toy Libraries are designed to minimise the need for cheap buckets, spades and plastic beach toys that are often purchased for minimal cost to only be used once or twice before breaking or being discarded.
EAND’s aim is to reduce the need for single use toys, reduce waste and to connect people to nature in a meaningful and more sustainable way by offering them an alternative.
How to use our Toy Libraries
Families can turn up to the beach, head to our Toy Library, borrow what they need for the day and then return the items for another family to borrow the next day.
Here’s where our Toy Libraries are located:
Woolacombe Marine Drive (owned by the National Trust)
